First Connection Volunteer

Thank you for the interest in our peer support program. Our volunteers are a very valuable part of our organization and vital to this program. Before filling out the form please ensure you are comfortable with the criteria below. 

• This program is a virtual one and all activities will happen over the phone or computer.  
• Each volunteer will need access to a computer and telephone to be apart of the program.
• The time commitment is relatively low, each volunteer will require 3 hours of training and will on average be connected with a program participant 1-3 times per year.
• Every volunteer must be comfortable sharing their personal experience and recounting difficult aspects of their experience is a hopeful way.
